We understand the importance of change!
Here at TFW, we change our weight training program monthly, focusing on different lifts each month. This programming is at the root of our results-proven program! When your body has to adapt to a new stimulus, it leads to more strength and better performance. The reason being, when different stimuli are introduced to the body, muscles break down and recover. This in turn leads to more strength and muscle growth. Because we are continually changing the workouts here at TFW, the body will not get a chance to get used to the stimuli and results will continue.
